Status

Transactions can be in one of two status states: Cleared or Uncleared.

The transaction status is used to help you keep track of which transactions you have reviewed. A cleared transaction typically represents a transaction that has been reviewed by you, and its data has been confirmed to be accurate. An uncleared transaction is one that has not yet been reviewed or confirmed.

You can receive notifications about uncleared transactions to help ensure your records stay up to date. This notification can be turned off in the notification settings if you prefer not to receive reminders.

The transaction status can also be used as a filter in various parts of the app, making it easy to focus on transactions that still need your attention or to review only those that have already been cleared.

Updating the status of a transaction

The status of a transaction can be updated by clicking the check mark icon on the right side of the transaction row in the transactions table. It can also be updated by clicking the same icon in the detailed drawer view or by clicking the "Mark as Cleared" or "Mark as Uncleared" buttons in the bulk edit toolbar.
